A Vendor, Location or Wine at this level is has fallen short of providing the most basic level of FishingFatGuys service. It is well below the expectation level and is not a recommended target. I -- Improvement Needed -- One Star. Guides, Restaurants or Wines Rated an "Improvement Needed" are those that lack consistency and barely meet the basic levels of service or expectation to properly service the FishingFatGuys during an outing. Vendors at this level may be given a second chance and are rarely recommended. S -- Satisfactory -- Two Star. This is the minimal level rating to be listed with FishingFatGuys Recommendation. Make no-bones-about-it, you must be on your game to reach this level. FishingFatGuys know what they like and expect a solid performance and level of consistency. Many times, vendors that we have used only once or twice will receive this level of rating. HS -- Highly Satisfactory -- Three Star. Now we're building consistency. It is rare for a vendor that we have not tried several times to receive this level of recommendation. It is truly about the consistency of a HIGH level of service when we get to the Highly Satisfactory Rating. O -- OUT-STAND-ING -- Four Star. -- The epitome of service level the FishingFatGuys expect. To reach this level, is to say that you are consistently on top of your game. Guides, Restaurants and Wines rated at this level are the Best-in-Class. O+ -- "O…PP" -- Five Star. The "O…PP" OUT-STAND-ING with a Private Pyle on Top. A reference to simple but classic nature of Gomer Pyle from the Andy Griffith Show and Gomer Pyle, USMC . The reference is due to the fact that a Service, Person or Vendor exceeded the OUT-STAND-ING level by adding something so simple or simply unforeseen that elevated the item or experience. Be advised, when this level of rating is reached (and it is very rare), it truly is a unique and life-memorable experience. Some would say… Nirvana… |
